BLUNIK STUDIO is a London-based biodesign studio, currently operating from Makerversity, Somerset House.

We specialise in cutting-edge biomaterial R&D, collaborating with brands and designers worldwide. Our work bridges emerging biotechnologies with meaningful material, cultural, and product applications, focusing on future-oriented, participatory design that inspires innovation and regenerative creativity.

We also create educational tools, workshops, and public engagement initiatives to democratise science, making biotechnology accessible, inspiring curiosity, and fostering hands-on learning experiences.

BLUNIK was founded by Weronika Turowska in order to investigate matter through biodesigned, circular solutions.
